10 Seasons

This 10-week HIIT Program makes use of all the training in this category requiring floor space only. These workouts start at the Intermediate level and progress quickly with 3 workouts per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

For an easier routine, use the Quick Workout Program.

  • Intermediate Timed Sets

    Episode 1

    Workout starts at 05:18

    Dynamic Squats
    Military Presses
    Fast Swimmers
    Mountain Climbers

    Once you can do all exercises with good form at the same pace as Mark, move on to Advanced Timed Sets.

  • Intermediate Ladders Vol. 2

    Episode 2

    Workout starts at- 05:52

    Short Kneeling with Straddle Step
    Arm Frames with Windshield Wipers

    Once you can do all exercises with good form, move on to the Advanced Ladders.

  • Intermediate Circuit Training

    Episode 3

    Workout starts at 05:15

    Star Jumpers
    Half Dive Bombers
    Side V Ups
    Hip Raisers

    Once you can keep up using good form on all exercises, use Advanced Circuit Training.
