    No Equipment- Upper Body, Legs and Glutes, Total Core- plus warm up and cool down

  • The Original DVD (semi-hard)

    1 season

    3 Strength and Endurance Workouts
    ⏱ 30 min

    No equipment needed!

  • Suspension Training (semi-hard)

    1 season

    2 full body workouts with warm up and cool down.

    Straps are a fun tool for applying force from unique angles. Enjoy!

  • YAYOG 2 DVD's (moderate to hard)

    3 seasons

    No Equipment- Timed Super Sets, Ladders, Circuit Training

    ⏱35 min Intermediate workouts
    ⏱40-50 min Advanced workouts
    📆3 x per week, 8 weeks

    Once you can keep up with Mark using good form, you're ready to move on to the Intermediate workouts.
