10 oz Salmon
2 Leeks, white part, chopped
1 Bundle asparagus, chopped
1/4 cup dill, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Cut the asparagus, dill, tomato, and leeks and place in a large bowl. Then cut salmon and add to bowl. Squeeze lemon then add oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place salmon mixture to parchment paper then make half moon and tuck under to seal. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with sriracha sauce and serve.
