1 1/2 cups cheddar Cheese
1 lb ground turkey
4-6 kale leaves
1/2 onion, diced
2 avocados, diced
1 tablespoon garlic
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon cumin
Wash potatoes then poke holes with fork or knifes. Microwave for 8-12 mins depending on size.
Heat pan on med-high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden.
Then add onions and turkey and cook until brown. Add salt, pepper, cumin, kale and mix well.
Cut potatoes in halve then add turkey on top. Then add avocado, cheese, sour cream, and top with green onions.
